There’s a lot that goes into just the preliminary work of your new home before dirt’s even broken. It can be confusing and a mind field of choices and decisions. But it doesn't have to cause stress and frustration.

Firstly, Rick and Donna will sit down with you, discuss your wants and needs, look at any designs you have, then we involve Brett from Design Plus Group to prepare concept drawings based on your wish lists.

Secondly, After a professional preliminary drawing is done, appointments can be made for a visit to our suppliers. ie. Andersen’s Tiles and Carpets to select your floor coverings, Tradelink to select your plumbing fittings, Keys & Co Kitchens for your kitchen, laundry and bathroom cabinet work and the Good Guys for your whitegoods. We also help you select bricks, tiles or colorbond roof colours.

Thirdly, We come up with an estimation of your home. If you're happy with your choices and budget, we draw up the contracts.

Then lastly, We organise soil tests, site contours, engineering, all required insurance’s and government fees, and finally building approval.

All through these processes, we attend all meetings with you. We help you co-ordinate your colours, design a kitchen that works for your needs and is efficient to use; and create a home that is comfortable to live in.
